Started under monarch now full time with employers
hgv class 2 adr driver (Current Employee) –  Selby, North Yorkshire16 July 2019
Not a bad agency at all they only get involved when things are going wrong,
They leave the company you work for to deal with you as tho you work for them,
I have had no issues with them really other than the clocking app but that’s about it.
Decent pay that leads into a full time job.

The job is great steady away no pressure to keep rushing about job involves house drops farms building sites no nights out not much motorway driving.
See some nice sights And it’s stress free.
Pros
Great team steady work no pressure nice place to work
Cons
Flat rate £12.75 no over time rate whilst on monarch

Extremely Stressful and Caddy Working Environment
Receptionist/ Office Administrator (Former Employee) –  Parish, NY29 June 2019
Good company, terrible leadership and management. Upper management doesn't have a clue. Nepotism is throughout the office. Very stressful work environment
Micromanaging and control issues are consistent daily. Other employees tell other employees how to do their jobs, and there's no repercussions for the ones who are favored. I have been mislead and written up do to being mislead or misinformed.

Great place to retire from, new trucks management doesn't interfere as long as u do your job
Driver (Current Employee) –  Pueblo, CO21 June 2019
Great place to work for employees that don’t want to make the absolute minimum. Management gets involved only when necessary. Over the last two years Manny improvements (new equipment) and pay increase. There is to much unprofessionalism With in the driver ranks throughout Denver, Pueblo and Alamosa.
Pros
Pay, benefits, automatic trucks (great for city driving) safety bonus payed monthly, various start times
Cons
Automatic trucks, no weekends off, dispatch needs help

Senior Manager (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London13 June 2019
the work culture is not good and you have to be part of the "boys club" in order to keep your job. tons of people who don't do anything all day.
the headquarters are much more openminded.

Overall not a bad place to work...
Financial Operations Coordinator/Specialist (Former Employee) –  Doral, FL11 June 2019
Entire company and rolls are very compartmentalized. You only see your part of the picture. There is lots of micro-managing that goes on here and people breathing down your neck.

Lack of career Advancement
Sr. Manager - Logistics (Former Employee) –  Houston, TX13 May 2019
Company has a lack of direction. Will hire and then release employees less than a year later due to the company going into a different direction that initially wanted to go. This is a lack of leadership at the Sr Management level.

An exciting business to be a part of.
Area Sales Executive (Former Employee) –  Miami, FL10 April 2019
The daily interaction with World's customers is an exciting challenge and never boring. This industry very dynamic. Working with our major oil partners, bringing deals to the table and closing those deals was the most enjoyable part. The hardest part was getting these deals approved through World's management.

Sinking ship.
Fuel transport (Current Employee) –  Pueblo, CO10 February 2019
Keeps hiring more and more drivers in Pueblo, Co but doesn't have the work. Before at meetings told us should not have to live off the 50 hour minimum pay, but the last couple months lots of drivers been struggling to get 40-45 a week, while a few others get 55-70 for being the bosses pets. Rumors have it boss only wants drivers to work 50 hours a week now but won't pay us more to compensate. Rumors have it he is bitter and upset that he didn't get the position he applied for so is taking it out on drivers. Sad state of affairs this place is in right now.
Pros
Guaranteed 50 hours a week pay, decent benefits.
Cons
Automatic trucks, low hours, boss that doesn't care aslong as it doesn't affect his paycheck.

Stressful place to work with a few good people.
Full-time Salaried (Former Employee) –  Miami, FL10 February 2019
I liked working there but the ever changing management styles and the new Agile culture led to alot of stress.

The company is not doing well due to lower oil prices. The new COO turned the company upside down and it is still reeling and feels like a bunker style army camp.

Great working environment
Scrum Master (Former Employee) –  Miami, FL7 February 2019
When i was hired by the company, it was my first time being a scrum master practically and it was nerve wracking. However, they had some great people who were very welcoming, and i felt very comfortable in the environment. I had the opportunity of getting trained and i learned a lot. I had enough room to improve my skills which was of great value to the company. A typical day at work involved facilitating meetings such as the daily scrum, resolving team impediments, tracking the scrum metrics such as the burn down chart and more. The environment was very interesting which made work much more interesting and not intense.
Pros
Great coworkers and team members
Cons
Nothing Noted

Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst (Former Employee) –  Miami, FL31 January 2019
Learned data analysis skills on the job. Supervisor was lazy, unfortunately became a slave. But learned a lot of new skills, made good money and great benefits (lots of vacation time and awesome health package) and was promoted a couple of times before leaving.

Does not operate like a Fortune 500 company
Controller (Former Employee) –  Miami, FL22 January 2019
Could benefit from better internal controls and management strategy.

Company made a very risky decision in late 2018 to terminate many director level and above employees in order to cut costs and position the company for a new operating strategy. Many were not happy with this decision so currently there is a very high risk of employee turnover..
Pros
Free coffee, gym on site, good benefits

The company cares nothing about people and they are only concerned with making the bottom line. They are ruthless people and the managers are extremely ill- equipped to manage complex issues.
