Okay workplace
Foreign exchange private dealer (Former Employee) –  Sydney3 May 2019
Good workplace but management does not promote a 'continuous improvement' culture. They do not seem to be aware that there are techniques to improve processes. I recommended consultancy services which would be completely free and paid by the Australian governement but nobody took any notice or acknowledged my points.
Other that that, it's a good company to get involved in.
Hardest part of the job is that it can be emotionally draining.
You must also keep up to date with all the major data releases on the currencies + any political news.
Pros
Free breakfast and beer fridge on Fridays
Cons
Long hours
