Not as it seems

WSP, promote work life balance, but are more interested in perception then actually supporting work life balance. Higher management say the right things, but do not deliver on the balance they try to promote.

Great learning opportunity

I enjoyed my time, but like all consultancies, there were ebbs and flows in the amount of work we would get. The work that was won was very interesting, and helped to put my learnings into practice.

Pros

Flexible Working

Another company

Another company, you feel like just a number. Your opinion doesn’t count towards a project, no design input. There are better companies out there to work for.
