Unorganized, stressful, workplace where the staff are really unhappy and nothing ever gets better

I worked at Wyndham as a Maternal and Child Health nurse. The morale was really low the nurses are overwhelmed and the leadership do nothing about it. The coordinator is disconnected from the team and has no idea what it is like to work in the community. There are lots of nurses leaving. If you decide to work for Wyndham you will not stay for long

Culture very poor. Do as little as you possibly can and don't show up indiscretions where people don't do their job correctly or at all. Keep the water calm at all costs and if found out deny deny deny is their way. Residents are paying for services that are not provided. Local councils are corrupt and ripping people off blind.
