Field Service Customer Engineer (Former Employee) –  Australia, Perth14 April 2019
Great company to work for...Fantastic!!!!
I left due to my immediate manager (toxic relationship), targeting myself with their incompatencies and I just had enough and resigned.
I would still be there if it weren't for that one BAD APPLE.
Pros
Working for Fuji Xerox
Cons
Immediate manger....TOXIC !!!! hence my leaving

Happy and comfortable working with Fuji Xerox
Machine Operator & Mail Sorter (Current Employee) –  Liverpool NSW20 March 2018
The workplace and management are great. I have maintained a good relationship to management and worker.
Fuji Xerox has given me a fair go in working in their company, however management was not able to give me a permanent and more hours to work.

Run the other direction!
Data Entry Operator (Former Employee) –  Moorebank NSW21 January 2018
Doesn't matter where you end up, anywhere is better than here. Poor training and zero development opportunities. Management acts like a bunch of headless chickens, don't even know how to accomplish the basic of tasks. Uncoordinated, unskilled & rely on underlings to do all the work. Losing contracts due to poor performance and escalating costs, due to poor project management.
Pros
Early start and finish times
Cons
No development or training opportunities, bad management, lack of transparency, no accountability, will not give references, don't retain staff after the age of 40, don't adhere to notice period or fair trading legislation

Credit Risk Analyst (Former Employee) –  North Ryde NSW19 September 2017
Had a great team but management was not the best and career progression does not apply. Very fast pace environment and lots of expectations on a daily basis. In saying that I always exceed expectation and was a team player.

Mail Clerk (Former Employee) –  Perth Central Business District WA10 July 2017
A good company to work for. They provide plenty of support and good management. Even though my role was subcontracted so I didn't work within the Xerox office, I was still always included in the atmosphere with regular visits from management and emails letting me know what is going on within the company. The role had good hours and good pay for an entry level job.

A formerly great company, now on the decline.
Systems Administrator (Former Employee) –  Mascot NSW20 June 2017
The company was fantastic when I first started. It is now plagued by a culture of fraudulent dealings, an inability to keep up with current trends. The unfortunate incompetence of the upper management over the last 5 years has led to the company losing money, then lying to shareholders about up to $500 million in losses.

I truly wish that the company can turn itself around as they used to be fantastic. Now they are an unethical shadow of their former selves.

Great people and managers, challenging industry
Product Manager (Former Employee) –  Sydney NSW10 April 2017
Fuji Xerox hires great staff. But it did not have a sustainable culture to retain or reward talent.

The print industry is undergoing large scale disruption in the Australian market much faster than at the head office in Japan. Fuji Xerox were not able to change fast enough. I found it difficult to work in a company that had so much pressure on the bottom line and revenue growth. The executive teams and sales cycle was focused on price rather than providing real solutions for customers.
Pros
Great people and managers
Cons
Bad Culture, Pressure on bottom line

Living in the past
Business and Strategic Analyst (Former Employee) –  Melbourne City Centre VIC5 January 2017
The most casual badly run company in the history of Australian business.
No regard for staff or customers and a culture where every one hates working there and sneaky practices are common place.

Management are in meeting all day everyday and whenever they present a solution, it's 6 months late and not applicable to the business at all.

Decent Job
Account Associate (Current Employee) –  Sydney NSW17 July 2016
Decent company to work for.

Some benefits (i.e. discounts for printers, computers etc.) are good.

Majority of the time, if a contract is lost, the management will deploy you elsewhere within the company, redundancies are usually only done if there is nowhere at all to go.

Salary is pretty bad for the amount of work required.

Management isn't very involved with site staff unless there is a big issue that arises.
Pros
Pretty safe employment positions
Cons
Salary is not really worth it

Poor Management and culture
Sales Executive (Former Employee) –  AU29 June 2016
For a company internationally that has a reputation for innovation and cutting edge technology .Fuji Xerox Australia sadly lacks in many departments, poor management , lack of strategy and the lack of ethics makes FXA a poisonous place to work . At FXA its not what you can do , but how you talk yourself up and BS .Managers are recruited or promoted on boys club/drinking mates mentality , there have no capability unethical and incompetent.Nation Operations manager has no qualifications , Service managers bully field staff .
Place is a joke this is indicated by a halving of employee engagement from 62 to 31 per cent over the last 3 yrs .Proof of this 50 techs made redundant , had to recruit 40 more 2 months latter when realised that they didnt have enough techs
CEO marched out in early May
Pros
Good collegues work together to get the job done
Cons
Poor management, long hours work to get company out of the mess management put them in
