Be very wary about working for Yarra Trams particularly Customer Service area very poorly run and terrible management who blame the employees for all there terrible decisions. Rosters are very anti social and favours are done for certain staff. Agree totally with above 2 comments.

Terrible organisation to work for concur fully. Middle management are the worst I've ever seen. Incompetence and nepotism is fire particularly in customer service area.

Couldn't agree more managers in the customer service area are accountable to no one and blatantly cover up things from the people higher up.
