I try to be there a few minutes before the scheduled time to help me prepare for the day. I check if we have all the required material a few hours prior with the main office as needed by staying in touch with the site manager who is usually there due to the number of students according to ratio.I help the manager set their centers and snack table when it gets close to their arrival Following that my manager and I greet each other and the students are helped placing their things in the designated locations.Once they have placed their things they take out their books or devices (if permissable) and whoever is ready for lunch or snack sits down once our team of teachers have set the snack table.Once they are done they are asked to clean up and wait for their caregivers to pick them We clean up after they have gone for the day and make sure to sign out each student,teacher as well as required for ease of management
