A workplace to meet new friends for life and work in a positive and fun environment. Casual + laidback culture. Customer complaints + poor communication within the teams is the hardest part of the role. Management are approachable, however tend to favor staff that they are close with and there is not much room for growth/equal opportunity to grow.

Supportive and fun workplace

It’s a chill job with pretty supportive management. It’s rewarding the work you do when giving back to the community. The pay could be better though, unless you pick up more shifts

Stress!

The most stressful workplace I have ever worked at. I had absolutely no training I was just shown a computer screen and told to answer the phone absolutely no structure. Management don’t care about you.

Working hours of 10 hrs a wk is not reasonable

It wont make a reasonalble living of 10 hrs a wk work.................,Sorry I feel the coordinators have discrimination on their lower employess.....unless you are a friend or a family

Fun workplace

Friendly managers and employees. Multicultural workplace. Good benefits. Good place to learn new skills. Like to help staff members. No opportunity for career growth

Expectations on casual staff is too high for the shifts, training and hours provided. If it wasn't for my relationships with colleagues, gym members and user groups I would struggle to find the motivation to go to work.

fun place, great management, wonderful co workers, happy fun caring members, staff. Hardest part of the job is leaving on time.

really enjoyed working there

great place to work at because you never run out of things to do and the co workers were good people the company like to always help the community and that's one of the reasons why i piked it.
