The membership and their fellow/womenship in the YMCA community
Not a perfect organization. Staff is unbelievably underpaid. No matter what your job or the hierarchy. Hours can start at 4:30 a.m. with no extra compensation for that ‘opening’ shift.
Pros
Yes, definitely food!!

Pay, benefits, hours….the usual

Good job for bigh school students
Great people, great supervisors, fun job to make some extra money while still in high school. I enjoyed my time working at the YMCA. They give you a free membership so that's nice.
