not a bad job, but difficult management

It was a good job. It taught me lots of skills in customer service and food prep, and there were rarely difficult customers. Most of the staff were nice. Only let downs were management changing frequently, insufficient breaks, and being understaffed

I was promoted to supervisors role after a short period, later asked to step up as ASM for short time I did not accept this as there was no further pay increase, no change in contracts, and training was subpar at times. Fun work Place

The manager and the other staff were all very understanding- they were happy to accommodate to the customer’s dietary needs. I learnt how to make Mexican food quickly and efficiently, plus I mostly did dinner rush so it was good
