Productive and Fun Workplace
A typical day would involve attending to broker queries, quotations, renewals.
We had weekly product training from senior staff, which thought me a lot about Financial Lines
Management was great, very understanding and easy to deal with manager.
The workplace culture was very friendly, we used to have monthly drinks.

Flexibility to run your own business. Great staff events.
Loved the sales environment, the pressure, targets, relationships. didn't like the culture. Massive change in management in such a short space of time caused a lot of uncertainty within staff and some product decisions made it close to impossible to retain loyal customers.What would you say about your employer?
