Wasted 15 years of my life at Zurich. Worst memories I have ever experienced. Definitely celebrated when I left Zurich.

The day to day was a drag, especially working with uninspiring team members. Couldn't wait for the day to end, every day of the week. Fondest memory I have was when I handed in my resignation.

Zurich always went out of the way to ensure staff were happy and if problems developed then these were addressed. After 25 years I learnt many skills to support me in my roles during employment. Co-workers were all well suited for their roles and were provided with training to ensure they could manage their roles at the appropriate levels. These situations were good for the company and the staff particularly in relation to performance appraisals and bonus payments bases on appraisals.
