Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and achieving their individual goals while promoting independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with community access and social activities.
• Support clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
• Administer medication (where qualified and authorised).
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the support team.
• Follow individual support plans and comply with relevant policies and procedures.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support are desirable.
• Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Pay: $34.44 – $58.38 per hour
