Job Opportunity: General Gardener

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Gardener to join our growing team.

Position: General Gardener

Duties & Responsibilities:

General gardening tasks including (but not limited to):

  • Lawn mowing
  • Edging
  • Blower vac
  • Weeding
  • Trimming plants and hedges
  • General garden maintenance and basic outdoor duties

You will be responsible for maintaining properties to a high standard and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Benefits:

  • Work only 9 days per fortnight
  • Week 1: Monday to Friday
  • Week 2: Monday to Thursday

*

  • 72 hours per fortnight
  • Fixed sites every month – no daily site changes
  • Stable and consistent workload
  • Excellent work–life balance
  • Supportive team environment
  • $51,000 + Superannuation per annum
  • Yearly salary increment

This role is ideal for someone seeking stable, long-term employment while maintaining strong work and family balance.

Requirements:

  • Full and valid Australian driver’s licence
  • Confident driving a van with trailer attached
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills with manager and clients
  • Strong work ethic and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to understand instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Working with Children check is must
  • Must able to use step ladder to trim plants or hedges.
  • Must able to work in all weather conditions
