Viewing and Sorting Job Applicants

Indeed’s hiring platform makes it easy to track and manage applications in one place. Under the Candidates tab, you can find each candidate’s resume, cover letter and communications.

How to sort job applicants

  1. Navigate to the Candidates tab on the left-hand rail.

  2. All open and paused jobs will open, which shows:

    • Candidate name

    • Job applied for

    • Location

    • Application date

    • Highlighted qualifications matching the job post

    • Recent activity

    • Whether the candidate is on your shortlist

  1. Use the All open and paused jobs drop-down to search by job title or reference number.

  2. Apply filters to sort by application date, location and more. 

  3. Use the search icon in the upper right corner to look up candidates by name.

  4. Click a candidate's name to open their application details.
