Viewing Hiring Event Performance

The Hiring Event Performance feature helps you check how your event went. It highlights details like RSVPs, interviews, attendance and event costs.

These results show what worked well. They include the number of candidates who joined and the cost of each interview or offer. Reviewing this data can help you plan better for future events.

Key metrics and what they mean

When does the data become available?

Your event data becomes available one day after the event ends.
If you added candidates by hand, their details may take up to 24 hours to show up.

What information is included?

You can track your results using these key metrics:

Total RSVPs: number of candidates who scheduled an interview
Show rate: percentage of RSVPed candidates who attended
Total interviews: number of candidates interviewed
Quality interviews: candidates marked as ‘Yes’ after the interview
- For virtual events, this means strong candidates who performed well.
- For in-person events, this data comes from the candidate management tool.
Time to interview: how long it took from creating the event to the first interview

Cost metrics

You can also track how your budget was used:

Budget spent: total money spent on the event
Average cost per RSVP: average cost for each candidate who RSVPed
Average cost per interview: average cost for each interview completed
Average cost per offer: average cost for each offer made, based on the budget and offers entered on Indeed

Comparing results

Compare your event’s results to industry averages.
This helps you understand how your event performed compared to others.

To keep your data accurate, record all event details and offers in Indeed.

Reviewing your Hiring Event results

Step 1: Access the Hiring Event dashboard

Go to the Interviews tab in the left-hand menu.
Choose Hiring Events.
Find your event and select the graph icon to open performance details.

Step 2: Check your event results

Review RSVPs, attendance and interviews.
Check your cost metrics to see how your budget was spent.
Compare your event’s results to industry averages.

Step 3: Verify data accuracy

Record all candidate information and offers on Indeed.
Allow up to 24 hours for manually added candidates to appear.
