- Ongoing, full-time role earning $142,790 - $191,084 per year, plus super.
What you will do
As manager, IT incident, problem and change, you will lead the team responsible for incident, problem and change management across the department.
You will improve technology services, reduce risk and help keep important systems available when people need them most.
You will:
- manage major incidents and guide teams to restore services as quickly as possible
- lead planned technology changes that reduce risk and protect business services
- drive continuous improvements through problem management, reporting and performance analysis
- prepare clear reports, statistics and advice for senior leaders
- lead a high-performing team while supporting after-hours major incident response when required.
About you
A tertiary qualification in information technology management is desirable. Formal training in IT change management, ITIL V4.0 certification and experience with contemporary technology tools are also desirable.
You should also have:
- strong experience leading technology services and improvement programs
- sound judgement when balancing risk, cost and service outcomes
- excellent leadership and communication skills during complex incidents
- the ability to build trusted working relationships and lead positive change.
