In this role, you'll

Help shape the future of customer travel across NSW by leading the delivery of innovative technology solutions that make planning, booking, paying for, and managing journeys easier and more accessible.

You will lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives that support millions of customer interactions across trip planning, ticketing, payments, tolling, concessions, booking services, and digital travel tools. Working across multiple virtual teams, you will bring together people, technology, and business expertise to deliver solutions that improve customer experiences and achieve business outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Delivery, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into high-quality technology solutions. You will oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, support effective resourcing, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

As a strong leader within the team, you will foster a collaborative and supportive environment where people are empowered to succeed, learn from one another, and work together to solve complex challenges. You will play a key role in helping teams navigate change, remove barriers to delivery, and achieve shared success.

About you

You are an experienced technology delivery professional with a proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions that create value for customers and organisations alike.

You bring:
Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integration, cloud technologies, digital platforms, and solution delivery practices.

Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes that meet customer needs, business objectives, budget constraints, timelines, and quality expectations.

Strong planning, delivery management, and resource coordination capabilities, with the ability to balance competing priorities across a diverse scope of work.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and align people around a common goal.

A collaborative leadership style that supports, develops, and enables others to perform at their best.

Experience working within governance and delivery frameworks in complex organisational environments, ideally within government or other large-scale organisations.llaborative leadership style that supports, develops, and enables others to perform at their best.

Most importantly, you are passionate about delivering technology that improves how customers travel, helping people confidently plan, pay for, access, and manage their journeys across NSW
