The Role

Full time or Part time - hybrid.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lawyer who is looking for career development. This role is ideal for a confident practitioner looking to take the next step in their legal career with the opportunity for leadership, client engagement and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex legal matters within the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth

About You

• Minimum 1 years post-admission experience (PAE)
• Speak fluent Spanish and English
• Background and interest in Family Law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical legal solutions
• An interest in developing leadership capabilities and a collaborative working style

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
