We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Information Manager to join our central Information Management team in Perth. In this role, you will drive the application of the Information Management Framework across bids and new projects in Australia and New Zealand, supporting standardisation, commercial traceability, efficiency, and project start-ups.

Your focus will include:


  • Drive Information Management framework implementation within new bids and project startups
  • Mentor, train, and develop information champions within business units as they engage and interact with information systems and processes
  • Implement and administer project Information systems, namely Aconex and SharePoint
  • Provide analysis and input to new project requirements to define the information architecture including delivery, data, and system requirements for new projects
  • Develop and publish associated Information Management deliverables for new projects
  • Establish and maintain project information structures, data sets, and process flows across project information systems
  • Identify, implement and project manage digitisation and automation improvement initiatives to promote best practice and efficient usage of information systems

What you will bring to the team:


You are a detail-focused information and systems professional who understands how projects really work. You enjoy engaging with stakeholders, translating business needs into practical system and data solutions, and bringing structure to complex environments. You bring a strong appreciation of the full project systems landscape and how documents, data, reporting and digital platforms come together to support delivery.


  • Proven experience in a project-based Information Management, Digital, or Information Systems role
  • Strong understanding of construction or infrastructure project environments and delivery structures and related information business processes
  • Demonstrated experience implementing project information platforms, ideally Aconex and SharePoint
  • A solid grasp of data architecture, systems, reporting, and associated information governance
  • Experience with development of BI reporting, including gathering requirements and supporting multi‑source reporting
  • A business analyst mindset with the ability to map processes to improve system outcomes
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders including training and capability development
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations in Australia & New Zealand
