Patricia Staton, Director of Recruitment and Employment, and her team of three are tasked with recruiting and retaining staff for Alacare’s 20+ branches located throughout Alabama.
One of the biggest challenges for Patricia and her team is building a steady pipeline of Registered Nurses, with demand as high as 40 RNs per quarter.
