Approach

reesmarx started sponsoring its jobs on Indeed to reach a targeted audience of job seekers. “Immediately, the number of qualified applicants we received from Indeed increased notably,” Gilmour said. “We saw a huge spike in relevant resumes come in for our traditionally hard-to-fill, senior technical roles.”

For 12 months, reesmarx had been unable to fill its vacancies from advertising on job boards. Within two months of sponsoring jobs on Indeed, the company had already filled senior positions such as Managing Director in the UK and Senior Software Consultant in Austria.
