Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function
2. Assist with end-to-end recruitment
3. Assist with employment contracts, HR documentation, and compliance
4. Support managers with performance reviews, training, and development
5. Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy
Support employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs
6. Provide day-to-day HR advice to staff and management
7. Other ad hoc duties assigned by management team.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; major not limited;
2.Previous experience in HR/ administrative roles; interest in the automotive industry is a plus;
3.Strong team spirit, excellent execution, stress management, organizational and coordination skills, and good negotiation abilities;
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software;
5.Fluent in both Chinese and English.
