We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support our busy North Coast Team based in Pine Rivers.

Your new role

Our successful applicant will be responsible providing a range of duties and administrative tasks aimed at supporting and assisting persons with a disability in their living and/or community environment, with other primary duties including:

Administration and clerical duties that contribute to the successful day to day operations of the service

Enhancing customer service experience through the provision of helpful and timely response to all general enquiries, client/family requests and other service reception activities.

Prepare and edit documents, including letters, digital photographs, email communications, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.

Coordination of service assets to provide for their efficient usage, maintenance and serviceability, aligning with contemporary service requirements.

The position is a full time permanent role, encompassing 76hrs per fortnight.

What you bring

To be considered for the position, you will ideally have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a high functioning team and be able to work flexibly on a range of projects across media relations and communication, including:

A proven ability to multi-task

Exceptional organisational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Two years’ experience in a similar role

A positive attitude towards people with disabilities
