About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated individual, who enjoys variety within a challenging role, to join the team at our 98-bed Moonah Park Aged Care Service. You will be the first line of contact for our residents, their families, staff and visitors as you manage a busy reception area. Your strong communication and customer service skills are required when assisting with all internal and external enquiries.
Your day to day activities will include management of incoming phone calls, high-quality business and financial administration support and other office duties such as minute taking, preparation of meeting rooms and the required catering. This permanent, part-time opportunity will require you to work approx. 70 hours per fortnight.
About you
You are a professional individual who is self-motivated and adapts quickly in a fast pace environment with a can do attitude. Your attention to detail and good communication skills both written & verbal are highly developed. Your pro-active approach enables you to be efficient and reliable, with a passion to learn and help your team achieve positive outcomes.

As the Administration Officer, ideally you will have:
A Certificate IV in Office Administration or equivalent is desirable, not essential;
Solid experience in an administration support role, ideally within the Aged Care Industry;
Possess a current National Police Certificate, or the ability to obtain;
Advanced computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications.
