The Great Southern Hotel (GSH) is a busy hotel located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD, offering 99 rooms. The hotel is within walking distance of the Casino, Botanical Garden, Kings Square and much more Southgate.

The Great Southern Hotel is currently seeking positive, reliable and experienced House Persons and Room Attendants on casual basis to join our team. You must take pride in your work and be willing to go that "extra mile" to make our guest's stay an enjoyable one.

This is a physically demanding role that requires an energetic and enthusiastic person with a high level of personal fitness. We are seeking someone who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.

Successful candidates will:

-Have a keen eye for detail -Be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised

-Be flexible and available for work across a 7 day roster including early and late shifts

-Have knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures -Be committed to providing extraordinary service -Have good communication and interpersonal skills -Previous experience in a 4 to 5 star establishment is highly advantageous.
