This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Customer Service Specialist to join the crew at our new innovative and contemporary Brisbane CBD branch.
You must be able to build genuine rapport with members. You will make real connections and add value to the member by tailoring a solution to their banking and lifestyle needs. If you’re energetic and passionate about delivering an exceptional financial member service experience and driving sales, we’d love to hear from you.
You want to reach for the stars and be driven to achieve sales and service success by reaching KPI’s/targets coupled with a strong customer focus. You may come to us with a strong background in sales, retail and customer service and be excited by new technology! You will also be proactive in problem solving, take accountability for your work, be a team player and drive your own development.
