Take this opportunity to work for one of Australia’s most iconic companies, who are first class in brewing some of Australia’s most famous beverages. This is your chance to continue your apprenticeship as a Fitter and Turner (Certificate III in Engineering – Fitting and Turning) working at one of Brisbane’s most prominent landmarks.

As a full time Fitting and Turning apprentice, your tasks will include providing preventative and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment, diagnosing and repairing machinery in a timely manner and supporting production to achieve output targets

At the same time you will work towards the completion of your apprenticeship and be mentored by a team of highly qualified tradespeople.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and able to work as part of an integrated maintenance team to deliver a high standard of work. To be successful in your application for this position, we’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Either a 2nd or 3rd year fitting and turning apprentice;

Strong mechanical aptitude;

A team player who can fit into the existing environment yet not be hesitant to work autonomously when required;

A willingness to learn and develop strong health, safety and environment values and principles;

Have reliable transport to and from work;

Be able to pass associated pre-employment check
