Full job description

Mantra on Mary, located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, are seeking a bubbly and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our team on a casual basis. This is a Front Office position with a twist as this dynamic role will see you working between both Front Office and Permanent Rentals.

Often the first point of contact for our guests, your strong communication and customer service skills will shine through in this role by delivering service excellence from check in to check out – and everywhere in between.

While previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, if you’re a customer service superstar in a different industry, we would love to hear from you. Having a positive attitude and a dedication to always make a guest smile during their stay will make you shine in this role.

Strong numeracy and literacy skills are highly regarded, as is previous experience with a property management system.
