We offer an all-encompassing experience across three brands, Styled Events, Amini Concepts and Epic Empire, specialising in event styling, visual merchandise and furniture hire to the events, retail, property and creative industries.

Logistics Manager

As the Logistics Manager, you will be a highly skilled team leader with extensive experience in Event Logistics. You will have the confidence to manage staff and efficiently coordinate all aspects of logistics within and for The Styled Group. You will have a keen eye for details, be highly organized and extremely well versed in communicating with colleagues, staff, venues and suppliers in a professional and efficient manner. You must effectively and confidently carry out quality control measures based on the particular brand expectations outlined by both the business and stylists.

Key Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the events or hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proficient leadership and motivational skills, with a strong ability to build and develop a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Good understanding of stock control, including ordering
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to juggle a high volume of jobs

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team with the smooth execution of events
  • Liaise with venues and shopping centers regarding inductions, access, bump in and out times
  • Ensure all jobs are set up according to client and stylist requirements
  • Regular meetings and communication with stylists, warehousing, operations and event staff to confirm all details of job sheets, packing slips and check if there are any further requirements or changes
  • Be familiar with and action procedures in the setting up and packing down, installations and dismantles for all jobs
  • Rostering staff according to budgeted wage levels and job requirements
  • Planning and execution of all event logistics
