The Role :
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be primarily focused on driving product development as an agile product owner for key product verticals. You will regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to iterate existing features and bring new ones to market. You will build expertise in online customer experiences, identifying opportunities to provide embeddable experiences that reduce the effort of an end-user, helping them better fulfill their needs.

Specific Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and design in the digital solutions space including web, mobile apps, online services, and integration with large scale enterprise systems;

Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation to develop solutions and business processes;

Establish clear project scope, objectives and business cases for assigned projects or assigned functional areas;

Work closely with the development team to design, build and release customer focused enhancements to our online comparison;

Utilise internal templates and methodology to prepare detailed requirements documents for stakeholders and key partners;

Determine project risks and effectively communicate those to key stakeholders;

Research, develop and innovative to support the company meet its key objectives within the product space;

Ensure user stories are documented and align with the agreed methodologies;

Data collection, aggregation and analysis for developing insights and forecasting trends;

Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasting;

Facilitate project reviews and document findings for continual improvement in the comparison product.

Skills Required:
Experience in systems business analysis in large or complex environments;

Well developed analytical skills including identification of underlying company needs;

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;

Proven ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team environment;

Strong understanding of the solution development lifecycle including agile work practices;

Excellent stakeholder management, customer service and relationship building skills;

Outstanding problem-solving abilities;

Previous health insurance or energy / utilities expertise would be highly regarded.
