The Role

We are seeking a Support Lead to join our Corporate & Enterprise IT department and lead a team responsible for the production support and delivery of business and system changes for Enterprise Content Management applications. This includes Origin’s Open Text and SharePoint applications.

Responsibilities in the role will include:
Managing the service change process via HPSM for OpenText

Participating in the development of new and review of existing elements of Origin’s information management systems, tools, practices and programs

Participating in the ECM Review Council and taking receipt of approved changes to apply across the Development, Test and Pre-Production environments to eCMS Production

Developing and issuing all eCMS change/outage communications

Liaising with the eCMS solution designers and developers to maintain Origin’s Master OpenText Detailed Design Document

Planning and coordinating the outsourced eCMS technical support service and their outputs

Reviewing and reporting on the outsourced technical support performance

Is This You?

To secure this role, you should have:
Excellent people management/ supervisory experience in a similar role focussed on eDRMS administration (preferably OpenText and Sharepoint)

Extensive experience with application support & maintenance, investigation & resolution of complex technical problems and day to day management of vendors will the key to your success

You should also enjoy working collaboratively with others and offering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
