About The Role

The role of Account Manager will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to each of your clients with a focus on strategic planning with consideration of execution details. You will be working with 3-4 clients at the same time, with the support from the Account Director. This role will also work closely with the Account Director and with the Creative, Digital and Strategy teams to bring campaigns to life!

You will have the ability to manage multiple client relationships, and lead the projects for your responsible clients' portfolio inlcuding but not limited to: market research, marketing solution proposal development, project timeline management, internal & external liaision to deliver the work on time. Your client portfolio will be covering China market as well as the overlap of SEA markets (SG, MY, TH, PH, IN) solutions.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Work with the Account Director to ensure the clients’ needs are met.
  • Maintaining great working relationships with clients, be the point of contact for all clients' enquires.
  • Attend and lead both internal and external meetings that are related to your clients' portfolio.
  • Develop the Solution Strategy based on the brief, liaise with internal team to prepare the ongoing execution plan to ensure the campaign objectives are met.
  • Anticipate clients’ business needs and proactively approach them with media solutions and recommendations, backed up by facts. Taking your client on a journey, clearly articulating the why, how and what.
  • Playing an active role in ensuring that unique and ground-breaking ideas are developed.
  • Managing the workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team are continually learning.
  • Staying aware of clients’ competitor activities & delivering insights for clients.
  • Collaborating and developing strong working relationships with the wider team.

About You

  • At least 3 years experience in agency.
  • A strong understanding of China market consumer and media landscape.
  • A strong experience in managing stakeholders' expectation and client relationship building.
  • Advanced knowledge of Owned, Earned, and Paid Media channels (WeChat, Weibo, Tik Tok, Little Red Book, Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • A motivated and driven individual with strong ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • Experienced in develop marketing campaign proposal & pitch deck.
  • Experienced in FMCG industry especially Beauty, Wellness, Personal Care, and Baby Products.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (oral & written).
  • Can-do attitude & great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor Degree (or above) in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field is a strong advantage.
