Casual Relief Supervisor/Club Attendant - Wallacia Country Club

Wallacia Country Club a subsidiary of St Johns Park Bowling Club in the hospitality industry in Western Sydney and currently has opportunities available for a Casual Relief Supervisor/Club Attendant. Approx 15-30 hours/per week depending on business requirements.

Hourly rates (Casual)

Relief Supervisor – Level 5

Mon to Fri: $35.24

Sat: $42.29

Sun: $49.33

Club Attendant – Level 3

Mon to Fri: $31.92

Sat: $38.30

Sun: $44.68

Main responsibilities are but not limited to:

Relief Supervisor;

· Supporting the Venue Manager with daily operations across the Club ie promotions, bar, gaming, TAB, Keno, catering etc.

· Training and mentor staff with performance feedback.

· Conflict resolution with customers and employees.

· Delegating tasks to employees in accordance with Club standards

· Handling sensitive/confidential information

· Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests

Club Attendant;

· Providing high levels of customer service to our members and guests;

· Working as a bar attendant ensuring effective replenishment of beverage products;

· Working as a TAB/Keno Operator

· Cash handling duties;

· Poker machine maintenance and drink service and resolving Gaming Floor enquiries

· Assist with Club membership enquiries

· Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection and;

· General cleaning duties.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

· Available to work Wednesday to Sunday with flexibility of covering leave on short notice.

· A positive attitude and passionate about customer service.

· A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.

· The ability to listen and communicate clearly.

· Be able to maintain physical and fast paced work.

· Effective time management.

· A current RSA & RCG Licence.
