Full job description

We are currently seeking several enthusiastic, patient, and caring Children's Sports Coachs to join our team. As a Children's Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing fun and challenging sports classes for children, helping them develop physical skills and promoting healthy growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement creative children's sports programs, including sports skill development, and teamwork.
  • Communicate with parents to understand the needs and interests of children, ensuring that the program content meets their developmental needs.
  • Inspire children's interests and help them build a positive attitude towards sports and self-confidence.
  • Ensure class safety by supervising and managing children's behavior and participation in sports classes.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality sports education and experiences for children.

Requirements:

  • Love for children, patience, and ability to communicate effectively with them.
  • Passion for kids sports education, good at drama, performance, with preference given to those with relevant experience, but training will be provided for those without experience.
  • Good team spirit and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in first aid are preferred.
