Cleaner (Casual)

We are seeking motivated and reliable Cleaners to join our growing team! We are a Launceston-based company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. As a Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining clean and healthy environments for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and emptying trash receptacles
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we provide training!)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
