We are a growing cleaning business seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in North Brisbane. The role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. The position is currently part-time, but we are looking for someone who is motivated to grow with the business, lead a small team, and manage a designated area as we expand. Compensation will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Oversee and lead a small cleaning team as the business grows.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling and basic administrative tasks related to cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning services; experience in a healthcare setting is preferable.
- Reliable and motivated with strong leadership potential.
- Full driver's license and access to a reliable car (vehicle use will be compensated).
- Ability to be hands-on with cleaning tasks while managing a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay from $29 – $31 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience. Vehicle allowance provided for work-related travel.
As the role grows to include team leadership and area management, higher rates will apply, with competitive compensation for the right candidate.
