Client Services & Business Development Manager

Are you a people person who loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses grow?

Integrity Pest Control Bowen is looking for an energetic and motivated Client Services & Business Development Manager to become a key part of our growing team.

This isn't your typical office role. One minute you'll be helping customers over the phone, the next you'll be driving business growth, following up leads, coordinating jobs, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping shape the future of our Bowen branch.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Building strong relationships with customers and local businesses
✅ Following up enquiries, leads, and quotations
✅ Booking and scheduling technician appointments
✅ Managing customer communications via phone and email
✅ Supporting local marketing and community engagement activities
✅ Helping grow residential, commercial, and pre-construction services
✅ Keeping our office operations running smoothly
