Full job description

The Role

This newly created position will play a critical role in the growth of our three sister brands. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer this role will be responsible for:

  • Daily management and optimisation of our eCommerce websites
  • Monitoring the brand websites sales and optimising online merchandising, website functionality and user experience in conjunction with our tech team
  • Working with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate revenue growth and build our brands in line with the eCommerce strategy
  • Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to create a seamless brand experience across our sales channels
  • Work collaboratively with the operations and sales teams to monitor and maintain stock levels across the websites
  • Utilise web analytics to identify actionable improvements to further convert visitors and drive those changes end-to-end
  • Reporting on KPIs and results
  • Digital Performance and Reporting - reporting on KPIs and results as well as conducting regular marketing research, reporting and analytics to provide valuable industry, consumer and competitor insights, ensuring these are well communicated, easily interpreted and utilised throughout the team.
  • Identify new product opportunities and work on development of these with internal teams to bring these to market

About you

Passionate about eCommerce and Digital Marketing you:

  • Are an energetic self-starter who knows how to drive awareness and create attention online
  • Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent understanding of web design and web analytics
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Knowledge of attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Degree qualified with at least 3 years experience in eCommerce
  • Have previous experience in managing a high transaction B2C website
  • You are agile, flexible and can react quickly to changing environments
  • Have a proactive approach and are always forward planning
  • Experience with Shopify is highly desirable (or similar platform)
