About The Position:

A rostered 7/7 (seven on/seven off - 12hr day) position, where you will be flying to a contracted mine-site on behalf of the company. This role is a specified position that involves mine-site scrap metal and plastic recycling; that requires manual loading/labouring capabilities. You will be responsible for sorting scrap metal material on the mine-site. To be successful in this role, you will be able to work well under pressure, with others and be able to work unsupervised. The job will initially consist in working with a supervisor on the roster.

We're seeking an ambitious individuals with a preferred background in mine-sites/engineering/mechanical skills. It is preferred that you are already based in Perth, Western Australia.

Skills & Experience:

- Forklift ticket (essential)

- Drivers licence (essential)

- FIFO experience/mine-site background

- Ability to perform manual tasks

- Engineering/Mechanical experience

- Knowledge of scrap metal processing (desirable, not essential)

- Knowledge of hand and power tools

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Based in Perth, WA

- Pass a Police Clearance

- Pass Drug and Alcohol/Medical/and other fit testing required by our contracts

- Have the right to work in Australia
