    About the Role

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with NDIS participants of all ages, supporting them in developing their functional skills and independence. You will provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services that align with the needs and goals of each individual.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to evaluate functional capacity and daily living skills.
    • Develop and implement personalised therapy plans tailored to individual NDIS goals.
    • Provide evidence-based intervention for improving mobility, motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
    • Work collaboratively with clients, families, caregivers, and support workers to ensure holistic care.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with NDIS requirements.
    • Offer recommendations and education to clients and their support networks to enhance independence in everyday settings.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and contribute to collaborative care planning.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
    Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
    Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
    Experience with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).
    ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and families.
    ✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
    ✅ ABN, Professional Indemnity, and Public Liability Insurance.
    ✅ Reliable transport and willingness to travel for client visits (if required).
