About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Regulatory Associate to help ensure the compliance of our products across different markets. Working closely with key internal stakeholders you will be responsible for preparing submissions for our products across different markets and keep up to date with all regulatory changes. Your role will include:

  • Coordination of document packages for regulatory submissions
  • Monitoring the progress of submissions through contact with regulatory bodies
  • Keeping internal teams up to date with progress
  • Lead and sign off product labelling and specifications
  • Providing regulatory advice to other parts of the organisation to ensure compliance in decision making and strategy
  • Keeping up to date with regulatory changes and communicating them with the team

About You

  • You will have a university degree in science, pharmacy or similar as well as experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of TGA, WADA, Food Standards and the AUSTL schedule
  • Experience and a keen interest in sports supplements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player
