NOTE: Early childhood education and care experience is NOT mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Relationships & Solutions Officer (aka BDM) is primarily responsible for:
- creating opportunities for growth with existing clients, partners and suppliers;
- identifying new opportunities for 'new business wins';
- supporting our commercial and operations teams with regular reporting as well as queries, questions or issues;
- database (CRM) management, ensuring all information is up to date and correct;
- helping with the creation of direct sales collateral to a high standard;
- being a proactive point of contact for clients and partners;
- developing and conducting activities and events that meaningfully promote the benefits/offerings of partners and suppliers to the early childhood education and care sector;
- crafting and communicating the benefits/offerings of partners and curated suppliers to the early childhood education and care sector;
- engaging and understanding the needs and challenges of partners and curated suppliers;
- supporting key events including external conferences, information nights, networking seminars; and
- presenting at events alongside the CEO, partners and suppliers.
TRAINING
We will train and induct you to help with your transition and run you through strategic selling techniques to give you every opportunity for success to win and keep new business and relationships.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The ACA NSW team and office are filled with energy, expertise, experience and diversity. Your working base is conveniently at the edge of the Parramatta CBD. We also offer the modern infrastructure to flexibly work from home and remotely when required. Free off-street car parking and good public transport options are available.
REMUNERATION
A base salary of at least $75,000 plus statutory superannuation is offered, along with 4-weeks' annual leave, sick leave and carer's leave entitlements. After the first 3 months, a commission and bonus package will be mutually developed and confirmed.
