Retail Sales Assistant

Leisures Shoe Boutique is a 3rd generation premier footwear retailer that has been an integral part of the North Shore for the past twenty years.

Since 2016 we have rapidly expanded our business, having growth not only with our physical stores but also our online business. We are on the hunt to grow our In-Store Leisures Team with a casual sales assistant.

We are looking for people who have a love of shoes but more importantly a passion for selling!

This role entails driving exceptional customer experiences through effective selling techniques and relationship-building. Responsibilities include coordinating daily store operations, adhering to company standards, and managing various aspects of retail practices such as selling, merchandising, and stock management.

The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and exhibit a high level of integrity and work ethic.

Performance will be evaluated based on sales metrics, customer relationship management, and store targets achievement. Overall, the role requires a commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of the brand.

Flexible working locations is preferred as we hire people who can work across our various locations in Sydney.
