Retail Store Manager - Fjällräven

We’re seeking an ambitious Retail Store Manager to lead our dynamic team and manage the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in the Sydney CBD. This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of our company, driving sales, and enhancing customer engagement.

Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity of 38 hours per week.

We are looking for a leader to inspire and develop an exceptional team as we continue to educate and inspire customers in Sydney and Australia.

Your duties will include:

• Direct and oversee store operations, ensuring excellent store presentation and compliance with visual merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance through effective use of KPIs and targets, setting a high standard for achieving sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, setting the benchmark for customer interactions within the outdoor retail sector.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales assistants, fostering an environment of growth and professional development.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring timely stock management and loss prevention.
• Taking pride in being a Fjällräven brand ambassador.

Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Proven passion for the outdoors and a deep connection with our brand ethos.
• Minimum of 1+ years in a retail management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Innovative thinker with a drive to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and processes.
