About The Role

In collaboration with the Chief Branding Officer/CEO, you will lead and execute the Marketing strategy for our brands. The role will encompass management of all marketing channels that focus on brand and community nurturing/building, in particular our social media. The role requires an experienced marketer, to set the strategic brand direction and follow it through to execution in collaboration with the in-house design team, content production team, and various marketing channel specialists to ensure that EHPlabs’ brand is in accordance with the strategic plan. You will act as the conduit between the creative/marketing team and what goes to market.


  • Manage key relationships, nurturing and developing these and acting as key point of contact across all digital content / social media marketing projects
  • Lead and mentor a small team. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing support and learning opportunities
  • Analyse and optimise current digital marketing channels and implement any new reporting platforms should they be needed
  • Be the link between technical (health & fitness) content and our broader marketing team - this involves ensuring both educational and inspirational content / information is disseminated across all channels i.e. Social Media, websites, EDMs etc.
  • Monitor social media activities, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Twitter
  • Measure and report on the performance of all social media campaigns, training junior members across analytics and measuring campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse the market, competitors and audience providing actionable insights
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders in the business educating and reporting back on campaign success
  • Develop strategy and collaborate with the Athlete and Partnerships (Influencer) Team in managing the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and plans for our athletes and social media influencers
  • Marketing project management and task scheduling via task management system (Asana)
  • Report on all key metrics and have experience reporting upwards and back to athletes on campaign success and ROI
  • Strategise, plan and manage the execution of direct response (traffic & sales) and brand/community building via social media channels, including effective social media omni-channel campaign execution
  • Conduct regular WIP meetings and deliver monthly reporting.

Essential Criteria

  • Marketing degree or related qualification
  • At least 4 years hands-on marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years team management experience
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour, as well as brand building building through storytelling
  • An interest and passion for the in the health and fitness industry
  • Experience in leading strategy and execution in digital, social and sponsorship channels
  • The ability to lead a strong team and manage all marketing disciplines
  • Possess strong influencing skills and be entrepreneurial by nature
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organised team player
  • Articulate in both written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated skill in project management, collaborating and communicating with a diverse range on internal and external stakeholders
