Synthetic Grass & Rubber Surfaces is an Australian owned and operated company with over 30 years of experience, delivering high-quality artificial grass and rubber wetpour installations for schools, playgrounds, commercial spaces and residential clients.

Due to strong demand and continued growth, we’re looking for a hard-working, trade-minded team member who understands measuring, preparing and constructing outdoor surfaces and wants to grow into a leading installer role.

This is a great opportunity for someone with landscaping, construction or outdoor trade experience who wants to expand their skills in a specialised industry.

Tasks include: What You’ll Be Doing

• Measure, set out and prepare areas for installation
• Assist with landscape construction and base preparation
• Lead or assist with synthetic grass installations
• Install wet pour rubber surfacing using screeds, trowels and rollers
• Mix rubber materials using mixers
• Work as part of a small installation crew across Sydney
• Maintain high standards of finish and attention to detail

All tools, equipment and training are provided.

Key Criteria:

• Reliable transport to and from work -DRIVERS LICENCE ESSESNTIAL
• Ability to travel for work and stay overnight when required
• White card
• Physically fit, ability to be moving all day
• Understand the importance of working as a team to meet deadlines
• Takes pride in the finished product
• Understand WHS procedures
• Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) – essential
• First Aid Certificate – desirable
