- Must be intermediate in Microsoft.
- Processing of accounts payable and receivables using relevant financial management information system.
- Able to collaborate and assist relevant team members.
$50,000 - $60,000 a year
- General reception and admin duties.
- Assist with administration for HR.
- Willingness to learn and engage in new activities.
- $55,000 - $60,000 + super.
- Making inbound and outbound phone calls to existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships and communication with existing and new customers.
- Managing the 2 accounts ledger.
- Our client is an ASX-listed business in the healthcare space, known for their popular products and brand image.
- Assisting Finance duties on a daily basis (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
- Managing relations with local and overseas customers.
- Providing general team Assistant/Administrator supporting the leaders of 2 teams - Inflammation & Immunology and Rare Disease teams.
