Full job description
The position provides high-quality administrative support to project governance boards and committees, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and registers. The role involves regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders to support timely project delivery.
The role undertakes a range of administrative, financial, and human resource support for Park Services, including updating data in IT systems for the capital works and maintenance programs.
