About the Venue:
The Campbell is a newly refurbished, family-friendly hotel that combines relaxed dining, a vibrant bar, and a lively gaming lounge to create a venue that locals love returning to. About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendant to join our team.
This is a true all-rounder hospitality role, with a strong focus on food and beverage service while also supporting our gaming operations when required. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the venue, engaging with guests and helping create a positive and welcoming experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
Flexible availability is essential, with shifts available across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently
- Build positive relationships with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with gaming operations and guest enquiries within the gaming lounge
- Process transactions accurately using venue POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and service standards throughout the venue
- Assist with venue setup, pack down and general operational duties
- Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and gaming teams to ensure seamless service
About You:
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
- Current NSW RCG (essential)
- Current ARCG (highly regarded)
- Previous hospitality experience in a pub, restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Previous gaming experience is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Flexible availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
